How can I send mass emails in Outlook without showing other people’s addresses publicly?

Here’s what I would like to do:

1. Create a list of a bunch of email addresses
2. Write an email and send it to this list
– but the people who I send it to should not be able to see other people’s emails who are on the list.

Can this be done?

In a Microsoft access database one of the sections is emails, and i want to gather them all together somehow and be able send bulk emails. My boss has asked me to do this and i cant figure it out. He keeps saying he wants them separated by a comma etc, and he says there is a way but he doesnt know how to either. Need answer asap. thanks heaps

My company needs a group email that will automatically forward all emails to assigned addresses from a single email address. Started with mail forwarding, now, one suggesting to use mailing list instead and delete the forwarders. I need info before I make any actions. thank you

I am learning how to advertise my site and need info on mailing lists. I have looked at a couple of them and it looks to be a long list of codes. I am unsure how to pick a list and/or if the list that I think I should pick are right. I would appreciate any help that can be offered. I just started a home business and want to snail mail an announcment letter. How do I create a list of names and addys in abc order to print as labels and be able also to add more later and they will go in to the correct abc order ? I have Microsoft Word Works. Would it be a spreadsheet type ? never done one.
I have Microsoft WORD Works, and I think it has less capabilites than just Word. ?

It’s kinda of a matter of my saftey so if anyone knows please help.

Alright, in another thread a couple of minutes ago I asked about emails in my outbox. apparantely they’ve not been sent because my Email software is not connected to my SMTP server. I use MSN. So how could I connect the two? Thank you.
