My roommate is also the owner of the apartment we live in. He changed my mailing address, effective immediately, after I gave him my notice that I was planning to move out by the end of the month. I originally offered to give him some money to help cover the mortgage until he could find a new tenant.

Is posting on a site the same as direct emailing a person by there email account ? Wouldn’t you have to contact them direct ?
In order for THEM to classify it as Harassment – Torment etc ?

I was talking to Girl A on classmates.com which are postings NOT direct email accounts ! I said some Neg’s on Girl B then Girl A did not like what I was saying and she went back & told Girl B and Girl B runs to the police dept. – there were no threats, no bad language said – just that she had a BJ Shop – I said she didn’t bleed anymore – since she told me she had a hyst. just really dumb non-sense stuff ! now Girl B wants to take this non-sense stuff to court – any idea’s on what U may think will happen on this childish behavior ?

This happened a year ago – now going to court ! total waste of money & time for non-sense ! I have not been on the site since ! didn’t know I had tattle tales !
I lost my job over this – thinking of counter-sueing ? plus I had to have my depressant med. doubled over this, financial & mental stress this has put me in ? please help ?

I’ve had a distant relative of my girlfriend’s ask if their son could use my address as his mailing address. Something to do with too many people living in their household (they have 7 kids). I’m okay with it, but just as long as it’s not illegal or cause any problems on my part.

I mailed in the original along with 2 copies to get filed in the Riverside County of California Superior Court family law division. Those documents were rejected because all three copies didn’t contain original signatures. Yet, if I pay 100 bucks then they will accept them via fax which won’t have an original signature plus its only one copy.

How is faxing in a single document for 100 bucks any different than mailing in the original with two copies?

Say I order an item online that is legal in my state and have it shipped to me. If in the mailing process, the package travels through a state where the item is illegal, can I get in trouble or can the package be confiscated? If so, why?
