I was talking to Girl A on classmates.com which are postings NOT direct email accounts ! I said some Neg’s on Girl B then Girl A did not like what I was saying and she went back & told Girl B and Girl B runs to the police dept. – there were no threats, no bad language said – just that she had a BJ Shop – I said she didn’t bleed anymore – since she told me she had a hyst. just really dumb non-sense stuff ! now Girl B wants to take this non-sense stuff to court – any idea’s on what U may think will happen on this childish behavior ?

This happened a year ago – now going to court ! total waste of money & time for non-sense ! I have not been on the site since ! didn’t know I had tattle tales !
I lost my job over this – thinking of counter-sueing ? plus I had to have my depressant med. doubled over this, financial & mental stress this has put me in ? please help ?
When it comes to internet scammers (e.g. Nigerian Fraud Scams), is it best to not even reply to their emails?
March 9th, 2010I receive so many scamming emails, typically from Nigerians, soliciting a host of information details, I want to email them back something aggressive to take me off their list. My sense, however, is that ANY response may be a risk in that they of course will not cooperate but will take note that they transmitted to an email address that is actively checked and has a warm body (e.g. potential DUPE in their crooked minds) behind it.
Is that accurate? That is, don’t even respond, even if you have contacted the authorities and alerted them to the email address of the crook trying to scam you?
It becomes like swatting flies after a while and I’m just sick of it which is why I become tempted to chase these jerks, which I have done in the past with some success. I’m just curious if you have any more details on the risks that one may or may not incur by emailing back a single thing to scammers like this.

Resume cover letter: Who do I address it to? Human Resources?
March 3rd, 2010The template that I am using says “Dear _____,” to begin. I could leave this off but it seems informal and like I am mass emailing facilities to get a job.
Most of the places I am applying to say to send a resume to an email address, so I don’t know the hiring person’s name. Should I just put Dear HR or Attention: HR or something?
